Here is BharatDoc in a real doctor workflow. The doctor starts on the clinic dashboard, creates a new consultation, and enters a test Patient ID. Recording begins with one tap. The timer and online status make it clear that audio is captured locally first. When the consultation is finished, the doctor stops the recording. BharatDoc saves the audio on the device, then sends it for transcription and note generation. The output opens as a consultation record. The doctor can review the transcript, generate a structured clinical summary, and check the draft before it becomes part of the clinic record. The goal is simple: keep the consultation natural, then turn it into documentation the doctor can verify.

After documentation exists, BharatDoc keeps review in the doctor's hands. From the dashboard, the doctor opens a test consultation and switches between transcript and summary. The summary is editable, so corrections can be made before anything is finalized. Here the doctor adds a short review note and saves the updated summary. Once the summary is saved, BharatDoc can generate a Patient ID PDF for clinic use. The PDF panel confirms when the file is ready and provides an open button for the generated document.
